What You Need to Know
Drop-off & Pick-up
Daytime drop-off begins at 6:30 AM. Pick-up is by 6:30 PM. All authorized pickup persons must be listed on enrollment forms and show valid photo ID at pick-up. For the safety of every child, we take this policy seriously.
Illness Policy
Children must be fever-free (below 100.4°F) for a full 24 hours before returning to care. We ask that sick children stay home to protect the health and safety of the entire community. We appreciate your cooperation.
Tuition & Payments
Tuition is due the first of each month. We accept ACH, credit card, and Square payments. A grace period applies for late payments please contact us directly if you have questions.
Photo & Media
We share daily photos and updates through the Brightwheel app. No images of your child will ever be posted publicly without your written consent. Your child's privacy is our priority.

Frequently Asked Questions
What ages do you accept?
We welcome children from 6 weeks through 5 years old, spanning our Infant, Toddler, Preschool, and Private Pre-K programs.
What are your hours?
Our Daytime Program runs Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM. We also offer an Evening Shift Program (4 PM – Midnight), Overnight Program (6 PM – 8 AM), and Weekend Care by appointment.
Do you provide meals?
Yes. We provide breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks daily as part of your child's tuition. All meals are included at no additional cost.
What is your teacher-to-child ratio?
We intentionally keep our class sizes small so every child receives the individual attention they deserve. Each child is pulled aside at least twice daily for one-on-one instruction.
Are you licensed and accredited?
Yes. Leesa Loves Learning Academy is a licensed childcare center operating under License #66969 in the state of Georgia. Ms. Sasha holds her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, 40+ hours of director training, and CPR & First Aid certification.
Do you accept childcare subsidies?
Please contact us directly to discuss subsidy and payment assistance options available to qualifying families.
