What You Need to Know
Drop-off & Pick-up
Drop-off is between 7:00–9:00 AM. Pick-up by 6:00 PM. Authorized pickup persons must be listed on enrollment forms and show valid ID.
Illness Policy
Children must be fever-free (below 100.4°F) for 24 hours before returning. We ask that sick children stay home to protect the whole community.
Tuition & Payments
Tuition is due the first of each month. A 5-day grace period applies. We accept ACH, credit card, and childcare subsidy through CCDF.
Photo & Media
We share photos through our secure parent app. No images are posted publicly without written consent. Your child's privacy is our priority.

Frequently Asked Questions
What ages do you accept?
We welcome children from 6 weeks through 12 years old across our four programs: Infant, Toddler, Preschool, and After School.
What are your hours?
We are open Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We observe major federal holidays and close for staff training days (calendar provided annually).
Do you provide meals?
Yes! We provide a morning snack, hot lunch, and afternoon snack daily. All meals are nutritious and nut-free. We accommodate dietary restrictions with advance notice.
What is your teacher-to-child ratio?
We maintain strict ratios: 1:3 for infants, 1:5 for toddlers, 1:8 for preschool, and 1:12 for after-school care — all meeting or exceeding Indiana licensing requirements.
Are you licensed and accredited?
Yes. We are fully licensed by the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration and actively working toward NAEYC accreditation. All staff are background-checked and trained in CPR/First Aid.
Do you accept childcare subsidies?
We accept CCDF (Child Care and Development Fund) vouchers and Paths to QUALITY funding. Contact us to discuss your eligibility and how to apply.
How do I enroll?
Start by scheduling a tour! After your visit, we'll walk you through the enrollment paperwork, answer remaining questions, and confirm your start date based on availability.
