We are looking for a nurturing, experienced Lead Infant Teacher to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for providing responsive, developmentally-appropriate care for children aged 6 weeks to 12 months in a warm and consistent environment.
Responsibilities:
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for infants
Maintain daily communication with families through our parent app
Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are consistently met

We're looking for an energetic, patient Assistant Teacher to support our Toddler Room. You'll work alongside our Lead Teacher to create a safe, nurturing environment where toddlers aged 1–3 can explore, grow, and develop key social and language skills.
Responsibilities:
Assist in implementing daily lesson plans and toddler activities
Supervise children during meals, outdoor play, and transitions
Support potty training in a positive, encouraging way
Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required; ECE coursework preferred
Experience working with toddlers in any capacity welcomed
Genuine passion for early childhood and child development
Ability to work Monday–Friday, morning or afternoon shifts available.
The After School Coordinator leads our enrichment program for children ages 5–12. You'll oversee homework help, creative activities, outdoor play, and snack time in a relaxed, fun, and purposeful setting from 2:30–6:00 PM Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
Plan and lead enrichment activities including arts, sports, and reading
Supervise homework time and provide academic support as needed
Coordinate school pickup logistics and attendance tracking
Maintain a safe, positive, age-appropriate afternoon environment
Requirements:
Experience working with school-age children required
Background in education, recreation, or youth development preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Must pass Indiana background check and provide references
